A main condition to be added to Freetop.mobi is to add in front page of your site the exactly code what you get when you add your site in FreeTop.mobi
1. Each user can only have one account, in turn may add as many sites desired.
- Otherwise it will be banned.
2. Votes are accepted only from phones (mobile devices).
3. The added site must be a free one.
- Otherwise , will not be accepted.
4. The site must not contain ADULT CONTENT (strictly no Adult sites)
- Otherwise , will not be accepted.
5.Must be accessible to any mobile phone .
